Terms of Service

By using Co-op Crypt you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the bot immediately. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users interacting with Co-op Crypt, including players, clan leaders, server administrators, and anyone using bot commands.

Server owners remain responsible for enforcing rules within their own Discord communities. These Terms govern the use of Co-op Crypt itself.

3.1 Multi-Accounting

Creating or using multiple Discord accounts to gain an advantage, farm rewards, bypass restrictions, or manipulate progression is prohibited.

3.2 Account Sharing

Sharing accounts or allowing another individual to play using your account is not permitted.

3.3 Automation

Self-bots, automated scripts, macros, auto-clickers, command automation, modified clients, or any other software used to automate gameplay or bot interaction are strictly prohibited.

3.4 Impersonation

Impersonating developers, moderators, or other community members through usernames, profiles, or other means is prohibited.

Players are expected to participate fairly. Exploiting unintended game mechanics, manipulating requests, duplicating items, exploiting clans or dungeon mechanics, intentionally causing server instability, or otherwise gaining unfair advantages is prohibited.

If you discover a bug or exploit, report it responsibly instead of using it for personal gain.

Usernames, clan names, descriptions, messages, and other user-created content must remain appropriate and comply with Discord's Community Guidelines.

Harassment, hate speech, explicit content, malicious links, impersonation, or abusive behavior may result in disciplinary action.

Advertising, recruiting, or promoting other communities, bots, products, or services through official Co-op Crypt channels or bot features is not permitted without developer approval.

Server owners remain free to establish their own advertising policies within their own Discord servers.

Co-op Crypt stores Discord account information necessary for operation, including Discord user IDs, usernames, game progression, inventories, equipment, clans, command usage, gameplay statistics, and server configuration data.

If you discover bugs affecting gameplay, progression, security, or user data, please report them through the official support server or contact page. Publicly exploiting vulnerabilities may result in penalties.

Co-op Crypt is currently in active development. Features, classes, balance, commands, progression systems, rewards, and economies may change without notice.

Prior to the official Version 1.0 release, all player data, inventories, progression, statistics, and other stored gameplay data will be permanently reset.

Developers may suspend, restrict, reset, or permanently remove accounts found violating these Terms. Server administrators remain responsible for moderation within their own Discord servers.

Co-op Crypt relies on third-party services including Discord, Cloudflare, hosting providers, database providers, and email services to operate. Availability of these services is outside our control.

Users are expected to comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines in addition to these Terms. Violations of Discord's rules may also result in restrictions within Co-op Crypt.

Co-op Crypt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for damages, data loss, downtime, or other losses resulting from use of the service.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Co-op Crypt after revisions are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
